I’m happy to report that Malone Architecture was in high demand in 2022. The knock-on effect of disruption caused by COVID, and a ‘business as usual’ approach from most people we talked to, resulted in a raft of exciting new projects as well as the completion of some of our larger projects, including a stunning 5-bed new build house on Kingston Hill.
As we look ahead to 2023, we have new projects – both in the early build stages and in the pipeline – and new business connections which we are optimistic will provide us not only with a steadier pace of work but also time to focus on advocating and championing sustainable living through eco-friendly solutions.
We have various ongoing projects located in the Wimbledon conservation areas and hope our interest and knowledge of all that is involved with the design and trickier planning application process will lead to more projects in these locations.
We continue to be passionate about helping our clients think creatively about how they can reimagine their space. We are also committed to developing our understanding of the science of buildings in order to complement the aesthetics and provide our clients with best value and minimal running costs where possible.
I am also very excited to announce that our first zero-carbon development of six terraced houses will go into planning early in the New Year.
Please do get in touch if you would like to know more about how we can help you to create the house of your dreams whilst also overcoming the challenges of achieving sustainability in the run up to the 2030 Climate Challenge.
I look forward to chatting with you in the new year.
Season’s Greetings and all the best for 2023.
