Gabled Extension, Tudor Drive, KT2
This Victorian semi-detached house in a Conservation Area near Richmond Park was converted from two flats into a single dwelling house. A gabled single-storey extension was extruded to the rear and internal spaces refurbished throughout. A new kitchen-family room was created at a half-level below the raised ground floor providing level access from the kitchen- family room to the rear garden. Large, glazed sliding doors open onto the courtyard garden.
Period Home Reimagined, West Wimbledon
We renovated this 1930s detached home in Wimbledon by extending to the side, rear and at roof level whilst keeping as many original features. On the ground floor, internal spaces were refurbished, and we created a much-needed open plan kitchen-dining room for the whole family to use. Other features included the addition of a home office and guest bedroom plus stunning floor to ceiling glazing at the back of the house to allow natural light to flood in.
Modern Living for Empty Nesters, Leeward Gardens
We designed the extension for this 1970s terraced house in SW19 to the rear, at ground floor level, creating the new split-level open-plan sitting area with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. Internal spaces were reconfigured and refurbished throughout the property, including the addition of a a dressing room and shower room to the master bedroom, and the addition of a rooflight over the stairwell which extended upwards through the loft space to maximise the amount of natural light in the property.
Striking a balance between old and new, Oxshott Rise, Cobham
This project involved extending and fully remodelling a 1930s Arts and Crafts house on a private Surrey estate. The striking traditional exterior features were maintained whilst inside living areas were reconfigured to increase the number of bedrooms from 3 to 7 and to create an impressive, light filled open-plan kitchen/dining/living area.
Light Filled Contemporary New Build, Drax Avenue
We worked on this exceptional new build project in West Wimbledon with a local residential builder and developer. This Edwardian inspired 7-bedroom house is arranged over four floor levels, including a basement and occupied roof space, with a stunning duplex kitchen/living room opening into the basement, flooding the lower-level games room with light.
