We designed a 60sqm rear extension to this semi-detached house in West Wimbledon fusing modern living with a traditional house. We realised the modern trend of relocating living spaces in traditional properties from the front to the rear of the property to interact with the garden area. The introduction of floor to ceiling glazing and doors opening out on to decking and terraced areas extended the living space outwards and brought in light and nature.
